Membership Service Agreement

1. Membership Plans

OkShort may offer free and paid membership tiers. Paid tiers may unlock additional features such as ad-free viewing, early access to new episodes, or exclusive titles. Plan availability and pricing may vary by region and are subject to change.

2. Billing & Renewal

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle.

3. Free Trials

Where offered, free trials automatically convert into a paid membership at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Price Changes

We may change membership pricing from time to time. Where required, we will notify active members in advance so they may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Sharing & Account Use

Membership benefits are intended for individual, personal use tied to a single account and should not be shared beyond what is permitted by the plan you have subscribed to.

7. Termination of Membership

We may suspend or terminate a paid membership for violations of the User Agreement, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the Service, with or without refund as permitted by applicable law.
